tannapp is an online booking system for your tanning salon. You can create a free account, buy tanning minutes, book sessions, and check your balance, all from your phone or computer, without downloading anything.
No. tannapp works in any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Just visit the link, sign up, and you are ready to go.
Click Get Started and create your account. You will need to complete a short safety assessment before your first booking. The whole process takes a few minutes.
Log in to your account, choose a date and time from the available slots, select your session length, and confirm. You will receive a booking confirmation straight away.
Subscribe monthly and get your minutes automatically each month. Three plans available:
Minimum subscription of 2 months. 30 days notice required to end your plan.
If you prefer not to subscribe, you can buy a minutes package whenever you need a top-up:
No commitment, no minimum. Buy whenever you like.
Yes. Give 30 days notice and your subscription will end after your notice period. You keep access to your remaining minutes until the end of your billing period.
You can pay securely by card (via Stripe) or PayPal. Apple Pay is coming soon. Your minutes are added to your account instantly once payment is confirmed.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. PayPal is also supported. Apple Pay support is coming soon.
Your full transaction history is available in your dashboard. You can see every purchase, the date it was made, and the minutes added.
For your safety, tannapp automatically enforces a 48-hour gap between sessions. This is a legal requirement for sunbed use in the UK and is there to protect your skin. The booking system will not show available slots within 48 hours of your last session, there are no exceptions.
Before your first booking you will complete a short Fitzpatrick skin type assessment. This takes a few minutes and determines your skin type (there are six types), which is used to recommend safe session lengths for you. You only need to complete it once and it is stored on your account.

Yes. tannapp is built with UK sunbed safety regulations at its core. Fitzpatrick skin type assessments, automatic 48-hour session gap enforcement, mandatory safety briefings, and protective eyewear requirements are all built in and handled automatically.
Yes. tannapp is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure with data encryption. We are fully GDPR compliant. You can download a copy of your data at any time, and if you choose to delete your account, all of your information is permanently removed from the system. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Yes. tannapp is monitored continuously to catch and fix any issues quickly. If you need help with your account, you can get in touch via the contact form and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
No long-term contract. Pay-as-you-go packages have no commitment at all. Monthly subscriptions require a minimum of 2 months and 30 days notice to cancel. That is all.
tannapp is hosted on infrastructure with built-in redundancy. In the rare event of an issue, our team is alerted immediately and works to restore service as quickly as possible.
